Please reference this list for breathing times.

There are three different times, eight hours apart, to breathe each week. The reason for this is that many times will inevitably overlap with the differing sleep schedules of the world. Having multiple windows ensures that the majority of the world is awake for two of them, and is connecting with every other part of the world at least once.

Participate in as many as is right for you.

A good strategy for timing the breath is to use the World Clock or a similar app to look up what time zone your current location is in and to be aware of the seconds until the breath starts. The idea is to start the breath the second the clock hits the designated time so that it is synchronized, and you'll want to empty your lungs right before.

The breath is a box breath. 4 seconds in. 4 seconds hold. 4 seconds out. 4 seconds empty.
