One breath is all it takes.
Could a single breath change the world? We don't know, but it's worth it to try.
Over the weekend, at the same designated point in time, no matter where in the world you are, take a breath. Right when the clock changes, a box breath. In for four seconds, hold for four seconds, out for four seconds, empty for four seconds. Know that as you do so, others around the world are doing the same. No matter what you believe in, no matter where you are in life, you are connected with the rest of the world, breathing together. Then, you go about your day, and week. But return, at the same moment next week, and breathe again. Be connected again.
That is the point. To connect. Purely and simply.
